The Tengah EC location is located within walking distance of the Tengah MRT station, which is expected to open in 2026.

The EC is adjacent to the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, which is home to a variety of recreational activities. 

The Tengah Garden Walk EC is a new project in the Singapore real estate market. Located on the proposed Garden Walk road, the project is set to have a gross floor area of 61,659 sqm, with site area measuring 22,020 sqm.
 
The area also boasts a future car-free town centre. Developed by Taurus Properties SG, a joint venture between MCL Land, the project will feature generous landscaping.

The location of the development is ideal for commuters as it’s near the Pan-Island Expressway and the Tengah MRT Station. The new town centre is well-connected to many other parts of Singapore, and residents can quickly get there by bus or MRT.
